HARD FACTS!

  • 2012 – 2018

    The recent past and in the future …

    We now employ 100 employees in 3-shift operation!

    In 2018, we will open a new production facility with a new building hall area of 3000 square meters – this is the largest expansion since its foundation 40 years ago!

    Also in 2018, we will be adapting the social and office space to the increased number of employees – thus expanding once again.

  • 2009 – 2011

    New installations

    • for vacuum hardening & new nitriding systems

    • Chamber furnace line, from 2008 will be expanded by 100%

    • The laboratory becomes a supraregional high-tech service provider

    • Installation of the new induction hardening machines for gear teeth

    • 3 new XXL inert gas annealers

  • 2007 – 2008

    Expansion of the work area to 40,000 square meters.

    A new production hall extension of 1000 sqm area!

  • 2005

    Michel Haupt starts working in the technical management of the company.

  • 2004

    Expansion!

    The office space now covers approx. 500 m², the social rooms approx. 220 m².

    New, gas-powered bogie annealing furnace with 20 to. This is one of the largest of its kind in Germany.

  • 1999

    Certification

    The management fulfills the requirements of the standard DIN EN ISO 9001 – 2000.

  • 1998

    Company expansion

    Additional hall tract with 900 square meters – the enterprise area is meanwhile 12,000 square meters large!

  • 1989

    Entry of Stefan Haupt into the company.

    Environmental Protection

    The company complies with all environmental requirements and was also awarded the eta Prize of the Association of German Electricity Companies in 1996 at the state competition “Electricity and Innovation”.

  • The 1980´s

    Regulations!

    The company grows and the requirements are tightened – Kurt Haupt decides to build a new hall with an adjoining office building on Quarrendorfer Weg. A milestone in the development of the company.

  • 1982

    The first employee!

    Karl-Heinz Steckel is hired – he still works today for the company!

    First operation extension with induction hardening machine and salt bath
